How do i get this moving avatar too work??

    No, I just saved the gif on desktop, in the edit avatar page, I first browse for the gif, and when it is loaded, save changes.

    And it is there.

    Quit using the URL and use the method Arc just showed you, save it to your desktop and use the choose file option.

    Now it is clear.

    The maximum admissible size of an avatar is 48.8KB for your stage of membership. Sorry to say that I cannot shrink the image to 48.8 kb ... that is beyond my ability
