any help with facebook settings as all my instruction are all in foreign language. thanks

What instructions do you mean are in a foreign language ? What language is your Facebook running in ?
Have you tried to find help with the settings on Facebook itself ?

Can't go to Facebook By IE 9
Hi guys, When I type the Facebook URL in the address bar of IE 9, it doesn't show anything and just writes Redirecting... , like below image. What's the problem please? PS: I have no problem with chrome and Mozilla.
