    Error signature on xp


    I am at work and I have got this report on 7 to 8 computer in different buildings. That there computer shutdown by there self and gives this error

    Error signature

    Error Report Contents
    C:\DOCUME~1\(client name here)\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4961.dir00\Mini101909-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\(client name here)\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4961.dir00\sysdata.xml

    This are new computer (dell optiplex 960, 760). I have already Google this problem and I do not think it is a memory problem. I have also look up the video card driver and could not find my driver date (it was the most up to date) kind of thought that was weird. Thank you for you help

    If you could up load those dump files we would be able to look deeper into the problem.

    navigate to c:/windows/minidump ... zip up the .dmp files and upload them as an attachment....

    It's the same way to attach a zip file as it is for a snip.
