Read the article. This is going down the route towards quantum computing isn't it? Using atoms and manipulating them. I know a little about the theory of quantum computing!

Yeah it does seem that way. You never know what the future holds. At some point AI may approach (dare I say surpas) the speed / capacity of the human brain.

This technology is so far limited to the test lab.

Windows XP in 1, and Windows 7 in 2

this is quite amazing (to me) the last time i checked they only had a 256GB SSD, and it was EXPENSIVE. to see that they have 1TB already is incredible, plus this should mean that all the smaller drives get pushed down in price, making it affordable for people like me. i also saw that they have a 32GB microSD, thats almost as much storage as i have on my entire machine, on a phone! anyone else see something wrong here?

You're not thinking correctly - broadband is becoming more and more prevalent, both to computers as well as to handhelds, and you need space to be able to store all that downloading.
