I wonder if there was some sort of notice that the picture was being taken. Some sort of announcement of the public address system. Because something caused lots of smiles and cheering.

Or maybe whatever came over the speakers just happened to cause a cluster of 6 or 7 people to extend their middle finger.

Did you notice the equipment (cameras?) atop the building on Richards St? A person wearing a red top is on that same rooftop.
