Today [14.2¾]

Whiskey bottles don't have labels like medicine bottles do.
They don't tell you when to use the whiskey or the amount needed.
So I use the BAD method.
BAD= Before, After, During method.

All my life 4 to 5 hours sleep was all I needed each day. I worked 5, 6, 7 days a week. Some time I wouldn't sleep for a couple of days. Never knew why.
After I retired I sleep a lot. Some times in the winter I get my days and nights backwards and I don't know why.
Sleep in the daytime and awake all night.
I was always told that some people just need more sleep than others.

I know a person who drinks in two conditions only. If it rains and if it does not rain.

Otherwise he does not drink.

My vanity got a nice blow today.

I am a bit ashmed of my walking stick, which I according to the doctors need due balance issues caused by Ménière's disease. When I am going out to meet friends, I leave the stick home, thinking it makes me old.

Met two friends of mine today, was invited to a "wet lunch". On my way back home, standing on a tram stop, I lost my sense of balance so totally I just fell on street, back of my head first. Luckily I always wear a hat, it cushioned the blow a bit but I have once again spent all afternoon at emergency clinic, as they did not want me to leave alone so I had to wait Angie had time to pick me up.

Maybe I should accept the stick, even though it makes me feel and look old .

With this stick you wouldn't look old, you'd look flaming!
