Thanks Joan. We have just started, there's a long way to go before there's any concrete results. It's a good start though having my sleeping disorder officially and clearly diagnosed, it's mentally easier to cope with knowing it really is a medical condition rather than "just something in my head".
Sorry guys, I know I am a lil late in revealing the surprise.
Here it is:
I got promoted in Aug'12. Been working very hard since then. That's the main reason of my absence from the forums. My work just takes up my whole time.
And after 15 months in the current designation, there is an internal job posting opportunity.
I applied, got shortlisted, appeared for the Initial Process Test (Elimination Round) and cleared it as well.
This promotion means one step up from my current designation, i.e. from a Subject Matter Expert to a Team Leader.
The subsequent rounds of interview are scheduled from tomorrow till 11th Feb. It will consist of 6 rounds:
Internal case study
External case study
Team activity
Aptitude test
Dummy coaching session
Personal Interview with the managers
Wish me luck folks. :)
Dinesh, my adoptive son in India: all the best luck for you! I'll send some extra prayers to Shiva, God, Allah, Buddha, all of them, asking them a joint session to help you to get promoted :).

Wishing you lots of luck Dinesh, although I'm sure luck wont come into it you've worked hard and deserve the promotion.
Thanks John. Although saying it myself, it is quite a complete walkthrough to really create a customized Windows 7 image to be used on reinstalls instead of the usual clean install method and to maintain a sysprepped Windows 7 setup.
Feeling good to get it ready, it took longer than I expected.
