That's right Keith, and they choose who they will own too. You see cats rubbing their chins on furniture, your leg, and other stuff? They are just marking their property.

Yes every time I go next door their cat marks my shoes.

I agree about them owning you, I've had a couple that just turned up and stayed so they must have felt they could easily take us over without any problems.

Cats are home invaders. If they think the people there are okay and trainable they stay.
