Just a thought.
I drink coffee all waking hours with out a problem of sleeping.
If I drink a cup or two of tea I will be up for 24 to 30 hours.
I'm thinking its different types of caffeine.

Thanks for all the replies, i already have a memory foam mattress topper, its really comfy, but its not comfort that keeps me away, when im lying in bed, you get the nippy eyes type of tiredness, closing my eyes takes that away(obviously) but it feels as if my brains still at 5pm, i didnt sleep last night so i should sleep like a baby tonight, cheers for the replies, oh and as for the weed photo...loved it but gotta be clean for teh army soon! cheers

(Note the Sofa / Couch must be comfortable -- not per "Bart Simpson" : --Who put the OUCH back into COUCH. !! - I'm quite large -- fit per N. European - not Obese style and still find a lot of modern furniture is about as comfortable as an old fashioned "Iron Maiden" piece of Torture Gear or Dungeon Furniture). - Chesterfields also while looking nice are hideously uncomfortable for relaxing in -- Nowhere to rest your Back.

I'm sometimes embarrassed when visiting and people turn on the TV -- I am sometimes given a kick in the ribs - because I've dropped off to sleep and am Snoring !!!! -- Afraid I don't have too much tolerance for Modern TV -- give me a decent Book with a glass of Scotch / Beer anytime with nice music in the background.

Happy Hols everyone BTW. I've started mine already until Jan 07. !!!

Cheers

A pretty well built young lady could work too.

Oh how good that sounds.

Why not all of the above.
Beef, a snort and the lady.
If that don't work one needs to see a doctor.

You could always try a product like zquil. Although don't use it constantly for to long. Its a non habit forming drug that helps you fall asleep. My woman took that for about 2 weeks and after that her body got used to the routine and she started falling asleep and staying asleep.
