Just to clarify, I limit myself to two 12 oz. cans of Caffeine Free Diet Coke and one bottle of Perrier a day. I will have one 12 oz. diet hot chocolate a day during the winter (only 2 oz. sugar; I have to severely limit my sugar and avoid caffeine as much as possible). The rest of the time, all I drink is water but that doesn't make it my favorite drink.
