Cooler is better

I was playing with WEI and realised that when extra cooling fan is turned on CPU goes from 6.5 to 6.6.
I installed fan for video editing and it takes temps from hi 70's down to hi 50's when working. When just doing regular browsing and games it sits around 36- 40c.
