Windows 7: Has anyone ever had their SkyDrive account closed?

Has anyone ever had their SkyDrive account closed?

I've been using MS SkyDrive (soon-to-be OneDrive) for several months now, and have been aware of its strict Terms & Conditions. In spite of this, I still continue to use it, but only for frivolous things because I don't think it's very consumer friendly.

I'm wondering, has anyone here had their account removed, and if so, on what condition(s)? Is it easy to reclaim the account after it has been closed? I've heard that a closed account removes everything associated with it (Outlook, Xbox Live, etc), pure overkill IMO.

I tested MS to see if they would remove my account by uploading a couple high-quality nudes directly onto the root folder, and left them there for a couple months; this technically should have went against one of the rules inside their "Code Of Conduct":
Prohibited Uses
You will not upload, post, transmit, transfer, distribute or facilitate distribution of any content (including text, images, sound, video, data, information or software) or otherwise use the service in a way that:

depicts nudity of any sort including full or partial human nudity or nudity in non-human forms such as cartoons, fantasy art or manga.
Thankfully nothing happened, but I'm wondering, why wasn't the account taken down over these "test" photos? Did I not upload enough Sasha Grey?
