So I get a call from Microsoft...

I got one of those calls this morning, told me he was getting lots of problems coming from my computer. He sounded like he had a bad cough as every so often he'd get a coughing fit.

He asked me if I'd noticed any errors on my computer, I asked him which one, he said the computer you have and I asked again which one, he put the phone down, how very rude of him.

I like the ol' "I have a mac" scenario

They always hang up first as well Obviously they didn't pass their customer service training in helping customers "fix" their machines

I did that once. Confused the poor offspring of questionable parentage for a bit until he finally hung up. I guess they didn't include that potential scenario in his script.

Try it the next time you get a call. If you don't want or have time to play with them, say something like, "Thank God you called! I can't my stupid Win 8 tablet to turn on."

Next time they call me i am going to say i only own a android phone is that the one ?

I only have gotten one call from these people in all of my computing life.

I told him I didn't have a computer and that was the end of it.

I do so hope they will call me, I have some scenarios I want to play on them.
