    Olympic Medal Scores


    The German public TV shows the medal scores each day. If you want to have a quick look, here is the link. There are some buttons on the top where you can get more details (see pic).

    For today, Febr. 12, it shows like this:

    total is important but I think the informal rankings should reflect the medal colors too. Say Gold=4, Silver=2, Bronze=1 and average the numbers. This would give more weight to the best performances.
    Germany is doing very well, Russia, not so much.

    Gary, as per your logic it would be:

    Germany 33
    Norway 28
    Netherlands 27
    Canada 26
    US 26
    Russia 22
    etc.
    Makes sense.
