Maldon Salt

It's expensive, very expensive. Do any of you in the UK, well anywhere, use Maldon Sea Salt?

i use it. sparingly. slightly more expensive than 'normal' salt which is not normally iodized here. contains more trace elements than 'pure' NaCl. (1 pound = 1.66 dollars) 1.65 GB pounds = 2.74 US dollars for 250 grams, roughly half a pound in weight.
