Just curious, on the cups there are the four circles of color instead of the squares like Windows. Would using the squares be a copyright infringement?

No, the SF square flags are different than MS's. The circles are a fairly new addition to the SF logo.

No, the SF square flags are different than MS's. The circles are a fairly new addition to the SF logo.
