In the most respectable way possible,

Perhaps you just need to go outside more.

If you get computer glasses they might help, sure. But If you are spending to much time looking at a screen no amount of gasses is going to save your eyes.

I also suggest being in a very well lit area.

If you are in the dark, that strains your eyes a lot.

without getting too personal, how old are you?
your eyes will decline naturally from late 30s onwards, some at a faster rate than others.

studies dont show a direct link between sitting infront of a screen and poor eyesight. despite what some claim. when I studied mammalian physiology I did a piece on the eye and there 101 saying for and 101 saying against lol, but tiredness and poor light do result in eye strain which can have bad effects.

im blessed with 18/20 vision and do sit infront of a computer a lot. but then again I deem a lot by 4-5 hours a day.

I've got a pair of gunnar optiks and they seem to do nothing, I read mixed reviews before getting them and am pretty sure that people were only saying they worked to feel better about spending the money on them.
