Well it is good to see there are some who are taking or following my advice. For myself I always get checked out when at the docs as I have had major issues in the past and not listened to the advice but being that much older and working now with those who have just doe their own thing and now are failing am little wiser now.

Thing is though and I have said it before there are so may who do not give a tinkers cuss about health until they get sick. It takes so little effort to gte oneself checked out and I now have very little sympathy for those who shirk it off with that air of devil may care. They are the ones that front up to the ED room bleating they are ill and take it form me they really annoy us health professionals even though we are annoyed with a smile on our faces.

He is greatly missed. I often think the chats with him, the personal advice I got. Gary was is a virtual friend of mine from the other side of the big pond, now from the other side of the Universe who will never leave my heart.

    Be in peace, my friend.

I also miss Gary and think of him frequently when I'm on Seven Forums. It's hard not to think of him frequently since he was such a sweet guy (coincidentally, my son's name is Gary). How are you and the family doing, Pam?
