I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. RIP Gary.
We were so happy for his MVP I wonder if we'd missed the Silver medal?
I'm still numb, can't believe this has happened.
Please share how you are remembering him.
Gary was the one that convinced me to "just take a break" from all the nutso Pirating people wanting help and not to just go away from seven forums completely. I had entertained the thought of just leaving as I was feeling like the help I was offering didn't matter if all the world was pirating. He cheered me up and made me feel that I did matter in the grand scheme of things. That is how I remember him, as a friend and someone who understood me. Hell he made my sig perfect on the first try. He had to know me a little to get that right :)
I will miss you my friend. Miss you dearly. ~~~~~~,~~~~'~~~~{@
I was shocked to see this - on PCHelp forums of all places. Gary was a great member of this forum and really lit up the place. He will be missed. My deepest condolences go out to his family and to everyone that knew him.
He received the Silver the day of his passing. I noticed, but...
I still tear up, just signed the guestbook for him. Each day I don't see him there is an empty space that can never be filled.
The deep pain that is felt at the death of every friendly soul arises from the feeling that there is in every individual something which is inexpressible, peculiar to him alone, and is, therefore, absolutely and irretrievably lost.

I can't seem to believe it.

My condolences go out for to his family and friends.
Shocked to hear this, thanks Britton30 for all your help. Rest in peace.
