    Yep Jonny I am past my "use by date" for retirement but carry on while I can and what you said about young males out here at least that applies to females too

    I think it's a "best if used by date " not necessarily a "use by date" lol. Were not as lively as we were 30 years ago but we haven't reached the "expired" date yet .

    I would have to say i would still be considered an impressive physical specimen for my age but thats only if i don't have to "move" .

    Sitting down or laying in bed i'm fine , it's the "moving " part that i have problems with. Oh, and yes , Women should stay on top of their health as well but it seems they don't have the " Ego and , a doctor ? i don't need no stinkin Doctor" attitude .

    Been long since I've been on the forums & was shocked to learn Gary is no more Was a great friend & helped me a lot in the past when I ran into various issues, you'll be dearly missed mate, RIP.. my deepest condolences to his loved ones.
