I think it's a "best if used by date " not necessarily a "use by date" lol. Were not as lively as we were 30 years ago but we haven't reached the "expired" date yet .

I would have to say i would still be considered an impressive physical specimen for my age but thats only if i don't have to "move" .

Sitting down or laying in bed i'm fine , it's the "moving " part that i have problems with. Oh, and yes , Women should stay on top of their health as well but it seems they don't have the " Ego and , a doctor ? i don't need no stinkin Doctor" attitude .

No problem mate thank you for paying your respects and reminding me of a fallen solder and a up coming sorrowing reunion coming in a few months
