Nine Inch Nails perform The Downward Spiral live

On August 23rd, 2009 Nine Inch Nails performed The Downward Spiral live in it's entirety. Due to the concert hall wanting massive fees, the show could not be professionally recorded. However, NIN had instituted an open camera policy for the fans. Fans from all over the world pitched in, and the result is a high definition DVD of this very rare show. This result is very raw, but the audio and video are almost perfect. This one is on us. Enjoy.

Whydid the concert hall want massive fees for NIN to record their own show?

I've seen them live a few times, but the Downward Spiral would have been absolutely awesome to see.

Thanks.

NIN is one of my favorite groups. They are awesome Live, and are good to their fans.

No idea, but thanks to Trent being so cool and open with his music, we still get to see it. He also said that the rest of the shows from the Wave Goodbye tour were filmed professionally, and should soon see the light of day. I imagine he will do what he has been doing recently, and release it all for free.

Watching it. Not bad quality. That guy in the background singing in parts is bloody annoying. About the only thing that ruins it.

About a year ago, Trent Reznor announced that some "nefarious" group had leaked over 400GB of live, high def concert footage onto the internet. Of course, it turned out to be Trent and co. who leaked it. A year later, and with the help of tons of people, this footage has been packaged and...
