I use a 5ml syringe with a 14g blunt tip to fill. Works great other than needing to rinse it out all the time.

I got in that habit due to my Lite plus and needing to fill through the little screw hole in the bottom. Worked wonderfully and though I don't really need to on the new tank, I just prefer filling that way now.
But its a dual purpose since that same size needle is what I use to wrap a coil. WIN WIN

I tend to stick with the 10ml needle bottles over the syringes for filling the larger tanks like the Kraigen Atlantis replacement. The syringes work when they have the longer sharp tip for getting into the small 2ml clearomizers having tried out the blunt and found the tip was too short to reach.

Now for the brand of ejuice I use mostly that type of problem is solved with the eye dropper type tips on the glass bottles(15ml, 30ml, 60ml) the flavors come in. The 5ml however are still plastic and mainly intended for sampling each flavor. Premium American Made Eliquid

With the Smok Tumblers and Aspire Nautilus 5ml not Mini tanks filling those up is relatively easy even with the short blunt tip seen with most plastic bottled ejuice coming from different sources. The Kanger Aerotank Mini, Mega tanks, Nautilus Mini and soon some mini sized sub ohm tanks to be tried out have tend to have the narrow openings or air tube blocking a larger percentage of the end requiring a longer needle type tip to reach in and fill without the worry of seeing ejuice going down the air tube or out the sides.

It's still a good idea to wipe down any clearos or tank once you have it filled to take care of any excess being squeezed out along the side or oozing out of an air hole on the AFC. I see that often enough when having left a particular tank set up for too long and find it wet at the base when going to use it since the oozing will start a bit after a tank has already been cooled down for some time. Gravity when the tank is left upright while still full.

Anyone here use mini box mods and if so, any suggestions? I've been vaping on a Sigelei 150w which is pretty powerful but thinking about adding a mini box with less wattage to my collection.

Welcome vapordan11. I use a little box mod, a Hana clone 50 watt model. It is great for my needs, it uses one battery while your 150 watt is probably dual battery. I use a Melo subohm with it and it fires great through every phase of the battery life.

Right now another little 50w box mod being looked at seriously as it is proving itself daily is the iSmoka Eleaf iStick 50w with a 4400mah battery inside. The little bugger keeps going all week long before you need to recharge it! It also runs the latest sub ohm tanks without a problem. They sell out as fast as they come in however!

For a small wooden box mod with a 3 click not 5 click on/off button the Luxyoun Box Mod comes in four flavors of 30w, 50w, 100w, and 150w. I run an Atlantis on the 150w version at 30w all the time. That takes a single high drain 18650 battery you can charge in it by usb cable or remove if you want for a separate charger giving that one the replaceable battery option. Runs about $10 more on average to the iStick full kit. The fire on both that and the iStick 50w mods is smooth while the ZNA 50 will hear a pop from the same tank when that takes a little longer.

That's not a Vamo type but a shorter metal (stainless/aluminum) with two types of battery tubes(18500, 18650) but reliable other then the small annoyance at a higher price then the other two however. Another type of mod made with a tuff vinyl casing you can drop and not worry about is the DovPo E-LVT 2.0 30w. It's not quite the same box shape but no Vamo either. When you hold down both arrow up and down wattage buttons and hit the fire button the led flashlight at the bottom of that one comes on for those out at night vaping sessions.

Wow priming these coils by covering the air hole/s and puffing is really making them last a long time :)
