The longer you go the harder it is to quit. And the more damage done.

If I could get back all the money I've spent on tobacco over the years I'm willing to bet I could probably buy a new home with cash.
Maybe not but I know paying cash for a new car would be possible.

    That's a sad revelation.

So I decided to charge the battery on the MVP2 after 3 and a half days as it went to red and although it probably had another day in it I didn't want it to die when I was at work and unable to charge. I am very happy with that, a lot better than a daily charge.

Tomorrow will be 12 days since my last normal cigarette. And it's been a breeze, not even sweated it at all. I have now started to despise normal cigarettes. In fact I hate the thought of them and what they have done to my body. I am coughing up a load of crap each day, slowly clearing my lungs of the shit they put in them. I wish I had discovered vaping a few years back. But such is life.

I dropped the nicotine level in the bottle of juice I bought today. Seems just as good.

    Totally happy still.

    Update over.

I still smoke, however im not convinced by the Vapours as breathing in a liquid vapor cant be good on your lungs.

Im not saying that smoke is either but hey ho :)

"Still smoke" dam, you are only 17, I really wish I could rewind to 17 and stop. My best advice is stop now. I expect at that age you have not really done any damage at all. You have a lot in your favor. Get off them before it takes a massive hold on ya mate.
    Good advice
    Great update too Paul

Awesome!! Glad its working for you! I still think its one of the best things I've done in a long time, making the switch. Though a spent alot of money on higher end hardware, I do not regret it.

And Oh yea. Yea the "Lung Purge"
Gotta Love it. Kinda puts things in perspective don't it? LOL

I went through about the same time you are. between the 1-2 week mark then it cleared up. About a week later it started again, lasted 2 or 3 days and been fine since.
It's all good!! Thats a good thing. Means your recovering.

When you drop Nic levels, you may find yourself vaping a bit more at first but you'll adjust to the lower nic really quick. At least I have.
No biggie just something you may want to keep in mind for battery life concerns.

Experience Vapors Tongue yet, as they call it?
Where your juice looses it flavor?
It's caused by your sense of taste/smell returning and getting overwhelmed supposedly.

What helps prevent it, for those who do not know and experience it:

Simply swap to different flavors but something drastically different. I/E If its a cinnamon type vape, switch to something sweet and fruity. vape on it awhile then return to your other flavor.
As of late Ive been doing a "morning" vape, then swapping out mid morning to my all day vape. then a 3rd for late eve. My morning and eve vapes are usually vapes I really like, but tire of quickly.

Great job, Paul. Congratulations, very well done.

@Wishmaster. You are a wealth of information. I'm very happy you started this thread. I had heard of ecigs for a long time and thought it was just a gimmick. I classed it with the lose 20 pounds your first week and I lost 80 pounds on this diet type dieting adds. Which I know for a fact are pure BS. It may work temporarily for a few people, but 99% of people are throwing money down the drain. I thought ecigs were the same. Now, I am trying it, because of you and I can see that it works. Who knows, if I can straighten my juice out, I may be another success story like several on here. Congratulations on starting this thread and for all the info you provide. Whether it works for me or not, I now have a chance, and there are a lot of people who will be helped, because of you. Thanks, in all sincerity.

You know two years ago allot of the ecigs were b.s.
Real negative feed back was stifled by the websites that produced the products

I believe even my feedback was censored because I posted the real fact batteries and flavor tips were half of the advertised duration,

It's very important to review return policies of these products and try them knowing you'll most likely have to send it back a.s.a.p. for a refund.

As I recall, I looked at the return policy when I bought the inferno. It pretty much said it was a consumable product and couldn't be returned. However, I'm fairly happy wiyh it and I think it is the juice and not the Inferno, although I would like one I could adjust the voltage.

I am in contact with the Owner of Zeus. He seems to be extremely nice and quite helpful. They are sending me some special type stuff that they think may work. I had already bought several samples of stuff to try. That is pretty kind of him. He said they will work with me and try to make some stuff I can use if I can't use what he sent. That is extremely unusual, I would think. because of that, he has earned a new customer and an advocate for them, I think. Of all the places I had looked at, it is the only one I have found where you can pick, not only the flavor, but the strength and PG/VG percentage. I'm sure there are others, but this is the only one I have found.

    Interesting,
I doubt I would use a product that didn't have a return option on the very least 30 days :/
But the only consumable products would be the juice not the actual device/ charger...

Volcano Fine Electronic Cigarette 1 Year Limited Warranty

    RETURNS
Due to the fact that our product is a consumable and can not be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices, we do not offer a full money back guarantee.

However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and to further ensure that you are satisfied with your product, we do offer a limited warranty against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated above under the warranty section. If you feel that you have received a defective item and would like to initiate a return under the terms of our warranty plan, you will first be required to create an account with us if you do not have one, so you can submit a ticket to our customer service department explaining your warranty related issues.

If after receiving your ticket and the item has been deemed eligible for replacement under our warranty program, our customer service team will send you a printable prepaid return postage. Once you receive a prepaid label, you must send the defective product back within 3 business days of receipt. The prepaid label will be void after 3 business days and we will be unable to process the RMA. An RMA form must also be completed and returned with your defective item. A link to the RMA Form can be found below. Upon receipt of the defective item, our team will inspect and test the item to ensure it falls under our warranty replacement guidelines. Then we will communicate the status of said RMA through the ticket system that is tied to your account, and will initiate the replacement of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse replacement if we find that the item does not meet the guidlines of our warranty replacement program as outlined above. If an item is refused replacement it will be returned to you along with an explanation as to why the item was refused. All refused items and/or approved replacements will be given a tracking number which will be communicated through the ticket system to you so that you are aware of the status of your RMA item(s).

That would of been a tough sells pitch for me two years ago when all of these devices were pretty green in the gills
