So I decided to charge the battery on the MVP2 after 3 and a half days as it went to red and although it probably had another day in it I didn't want it to die when I was at work and unable to charge. I am very happy with that, a lot better than a daily charge.

Tomorrow will be 12 days since my last normal cigarette. And it's been a breeze, not even sweated it at all. I have now started to despise normal cigarettes. In fact I hate the thought of them and what they have done to my body. I am coughing up a load of crap each day, slowly clearing my lungs of the shit they put in them. I wish I had discovered vaping a few years back. But such is life.

I dropped the nicotine level in the bottle of juice I bought today. Seems just as good.

    Totally happy still.

    Update over.
Awesome!! Glad its working for you! I still think its one of the best things I've done in a long time, making the switch. Though a spent alot of money on higher end hardware, I do not regret it.

And Oh yea. Yea the "Lung Purge"
Gotta Love it. Kinda puts things in perspective don't it? LOL

I went through about the same time you are. between the 1-2 week mark then it cleared up. About a week later it started again, lasted 2 or 3 days and been fine since.
It's all good!! Thats a good thing. Means your recovering.

When you drop Nic levels, you may find yourself vaping a bit more at first but you'll adjust to the lower nic really quick. At least I have.
No biggie just something you may want to keep in mind for battery life concerns.

Experience Vapors Tongue yet, as they call it?
Where your juice looses it flavor?
It's caused by your sense of taste/smell returning and getting overwhelmed supposedly.

What helps prevent it, for those who do not know and experience it:

Simply swap to different flavors but something drastically different. I/E If its a cinnamon type vape, switch to something sweet and fruity. vape on it awhile then return to your other flavor.
As of late Ive been doing a "morning" vape, then swapping out mid morning to my all day vape. then a 3rd for late eve. My morning and eve vapes are usually vapes I really like, but tire of quickly.
Thanks bud! And thanks for all the tips etc too.

Lung purge lol, yeah I am not sure I love it but it's productive :)

Regarding nicotine levels, I didn't smoke (what I call) a massive amount of cigarettes per day, maybe 20 so when I hit the vaping I think I was taking in more nicotine than I was used to, I got a few head rushes at first like when you first start smoking so I think it was a bit much. I just didn't realize how effective vaping would be so naturally went for the highest strength I could get.
I think 18mg will suit me far better.

Vapers tongue, I thought that was when your mouth dried up and was pretty much classed as dehydration. I could be wrong though, I am very new to this.
But no I have not had any issues of losing flavor yet but then again I am usually mixing different flavors together every day. It's been a good week where I just had 1 flavor for a whole day. I often have 2 or 3 tanks next to me in the evening and swap them around like a madman lol.

On a bit of a budget til pay day now on the 29th so I am limited to what I have in stock now. But I will be going online when I get paid and ordering a load of new flavors. I am looking forward to that!

Yea if you're swapping flavors throught the day you may not experience it. Usually happens when on the same flavor a day or so.

But yes. vaping can dehydrate your mouth some. Always good to have a drink nearby :)
I may have the terms mixed up myself.

Well, I went and got this one to see if vaping was for me,

Classic Tobacco Rechargeable E-cig Kit | blu eCigs®

It's not bad, I don't know if the nic is lower than I'm used to or I'm just more used to a harsh hit from rolling my own.

    I'll stick with it though.

Probably so Derek no filters is a strong one buddy
I didn't see much at all about 30 day refund
    Bummer if they dropped that
Half the cost of the premium might not hurt as bad a good compromise
250-400 puffs per flavor tip :/ up date us on that one

    Remember inhale slow and steady
    I usually count to 3

That throat hit thing is just one of those issues thats very personal unfortunately.
Some of us like mild-none and some of us want a big-HUGE thump in the back of throat. Some need it for the first month or so then move on to less.

You may find you need/crave a more pronounced throat hit. If so, perhaps look into blends just the opposite of what essenbe is looking for, and me to an extent.
The 70pg/30VG or even 80PG/20VG blends will be more harsh on the back of the throat.

    Also, the Nic level.
From my understanding, 24mg is supposed to be for smokers who smoke 1-2 packs per day. 18MG a pack a day ((Guidleline))
Personally, I found the 24s to be a too much nic, although when I first started it was OK with the hardware I had. Higher Nic also makes for a harsher throat hit but you can over do it depending how much vapor your producing. Something to watch for.

If that still doesn't satisfy your need, you may need to look into a different tank setup that can hit harder.

I think a little lower Nic level and vaping more often is the most effective. But thats just me. 18MG IMHO is a very good place to start, but YMMV. Or maybe try 1 18 and 1 24 to find what works for you.

Heres what my set up looks like currently:
Kayfun Lite Plus RTA on a Provari. Had it built with the green LEDS since I think it looks better.
Love this thing. Its got Good Lifes Deadly Sin in it ATM set @ 4.2v.

I got some of the Deadly Sin yesterday, and I can use it, if I take small puffs. I still can't take long draws and I don't know why. I like the juice, it seems very smooth, and is almost no throat hit. I know that is the opposite of what Derek wants bit I have to have that for some reason. My only problem with it is my fault. I only ordered 10mg to see if I could take it, but I ordered 12mg Nicotine, which just is not enough for me. I vape almost constantly but still need a smoke occasionally. But, before I started this, I told Paul, I would like to get off cigs, but if vaping just made me cut down 30-50%, I would consider it a success. I am pretty much a chain smoker. I smoke almost all the time, so a 50% reduction would be a lot of help. The Deadly sin has really sort of done that. I haven't been on it long enough to tell how much, but I know I'm smoking al lot less, thanks to Wishmaster. I have some other things coming that I ordered, and the owner of Zeus Juice is sending me some samples too. They are great. I will probably be doing a lot of business with them. I would recommend them highly.

If this thread would of been around two years ago I probably would of gotten the inferno as well,
Probably not the cigar looking one but the mid sized one it's about the same price as the premium blu 79.00 ?

    50% reduction is good Steve

How do you like that Deadly Sin so far?
Whats interesting is as it ages the flavor prifile will change as well as if you exhale through mouth or nose it changes a bit. One of my favs as I don't tire of it as easily as I do some.

When you first start vaping, it does seem a bit harsh for some. Myself included. But that will pass as you get used to it.
And yes, 10 is probably a bit low for you to start with being as you're a heavy smoker (I was too-2packs + a day). Maybe more like 18 would be better but ... right now seeing as you had issues find the right blend will be huge.

DS is 50/50 so its right perfect in the middle. It may help judge though if you want more or less throat hit.

**And yea Zeus is cool. They'll do you right and hope to lock you in as a repeat customer. Good business IMHO. If you like their juices, you'll have a supplier you can count on.

I also mentioned this way at the beggining of the thread, but for those who are sticking with it and want to try different flavors, blends, vendors etc yet have no idea really what you're looking for exactly .... ZampleBox is AWESOME!
They've turned me onto things I would never purchased on my own. things I wouldn't think I'd like for example.

Yeah, I had to smoke a couple of my tree barks last night to get my harsh fix, so far this morning with my coffee I haven't had to roll one yet. That's a good start.

I usually have had 4 or 5 smokes by this time. I've picked up my lighter to light this thing a few times too, obviously part of my habit.

I may have to eventually change to one of those other units with the liquids, this was just me testing myself and not wanting to blow too much money.

A lot of good info and feedback here, Thanks you guys.
