The E-LVT is just that as well as the MVP which now will be left lonely in one of the mod stands or likely packed away once I dremel the opening that fits into just a bit to allow the 30w mod to stay there! The ECig V9 of course will be replacing the iTaste VTR which still has a Nautilus 5ml sitting on top of that one.

The MVP as well as the next mod on order both have the usb out port for charging things as well as the Beyang 30w announced lately and only seen listed at certain Chinese based wholesale sites. But the old stuff except for ordering four more eGo-V V4 3-15w batteries(SMOK ACEs first to go lately next MVP) and the VTR for now will be tucked away. A pair of Kraigen Atlantis tanks are now on pre-order as well as a pair of stainless steel covered glass replacements for one pair of the four Atlantis tanks which will leave me with four glass replacements if ever needed as part of upgrading the tanks since I have already tended to two out of the five Nautilus 5ml and the pair of Nautilus Mini tanks.

All that will more or less complete the hardware upgrading for a time at least. I may still order a tank or two of the new Horizon Scion quad core tank coming out but likely a bit later since I won't be in any rush. Had a rather expensive shopping season this year between Black Friday upgrades as well as gift shopping which some kids happy being the two sons of a friend with each getting a touch screen tablets of their own that include detachable keyboards and the leather carrying cases those come in tapped the reserves while a good deal of the vaping gear ordered was on credit to make it all work out!

Thanks Paul. It arrived in the mail today It is very nice. It is very well built, and the buttons on it has a good feel. I picked up an Efest 35a battery for it. I don't like the tiny screws for the battery cover I feel like I could strip them easy. I may just use the usb port to charge it. I have a battery charger but think the usb is convenient.

On the DovPo E-LVT 2.0 30w I just got in there's a single hex head screw for the battery compartment plus spares in a plastic bag for some unknown? reason as well as the allen wrench and what would be used to remove the chip card being a tiny phillips head screwdriver suggesting that can be replaced or upgraded at a later date.

Rather then using a thin allen wrench I simply left the battery in as well and have it charging at the moment I've been using some Panasonic High Drain flat head type 3100mah 18650 batteries and while still having some Efest batteries find those to be too fat to fit into various mods however.

I think you will find soon that the Atlantis tank plus the Kraigen Atlantis 8ml replacement modified tank coming out on the 5th of January will work out better for you there. The Nautilus 5ml tanks as well as the Mini tanks seem to run best between 11-14w on average with menthol flavors kept at 11w or 12w while others like blends are run 13w-15w. With the Atlantis tanks I've been running those between 20w and 30w on average to find the "just right" spot depending on which flavor.

The Nautilus still looks great on top but just remember not to turn it way up too fast! When any flavor gets hot back down on the wattage a bit until you reach the best place where you get the smoothest vape. The word on the Hanz Modz has been good so you should be set for a time there.

Been in conversations with someone who takes a scope to various mods to see what the story is on each and gave that one a clean bill of health. The iStick 20w however gets slam dunked big time! The simplified terminology would be that using pulsed signals unlike the Innokin iTaste MVP's steady RMS/Mean type.

Thanks NightHawk. Yeah I am running the Nautilus at 11w now. Nice and cool vape. The purple efest fit right in although it was a little tight. I'm really happy with it, it feels great and seems to be very good quality. One definite plus is the battery life. I've been vaping it about 18hrs, minus sleep of course and it still shows 75% charged

    Very nice Doug. Looks great.

You will get through the battery a lot faster once you have one of the new tanks at say 30w.

I bet I will, and the juice too. I'm looking forward to it. I will go to a hardware store and pick up some screws I think. I do have a precision screwdriver so I may just be overreacting on that. I may mod it with some magnets too. Overall I am really happy with it.

Is it bad to use the usb port to charge, compared to using a charger?

Yeah you will fly through the juice Doug lol. I order by the 100ml's now.

It is a little fiddly removing the screws but what I do is just remove the top screw and loosen the bottom one and swivel it round to swap the battery over.
There is nothing wrong with just charging it via the USB but it takes ages to charge. Well the 2 batteries I have do. I have the Purple Efest like yourself and a Samsung 25R. They seem to take hours to charge so I just charge 1 while using the other and swap them over when 1 is getting low.
My IPV V2 came with 4 spare screws so it's not too bad if I wreck the odd one. But so far they are fine.

My mod didn't come with spare screws. I think I'm just overreacting, I didn't strip them when I put my battery in. I put my new battery in, it was already charged, so I don't know what the charge time is. My 350's charge in about 1.5-2hrs, so I'm guessing 3hrs for the 650's

I use the usb port on an alarm clock I ran across in a Walmart some time back. It had two ac outlets with an on/off switch plus the usb port. The port is adequate and originally must have been intended for cell phones but works well for charging eGo batteries and mods. I already recharged the E-LVT since i was vaping with that since it came in friday and all day yesterday.

There will be either a green led or the lcd display will see something scrolling back and forth on that during the charging until completed. Plan on about 2 1/2-3hrs. for a full charge and then the mod will go dark. These mods have the mini charger in the circuitry to allow this as well as automatically turn the charging off once the battery is detected as full. That will save on the need to keep removing the cover.

The port on the alarm clock as well as the ac wall plugins like Belkin you find in the electrical dept. at a store like ACE or Walmart have a higher amperage then the pc ports. Generally those are found to be between 750mA and 1A on average being intended to handle the draw a cell phone, smart phone, IPony, digital camera, etc. will place on them. While with high drain batteries I would prefer to continue rotating them to allow each battery to sit for some time before used again I won't be using the DovPo constantly as the only mod or one of few since I leave each rest for a few days having the others to work with.

As for Efest that's not a bad brand but forget using them on any aluminum mod or mechs since the batteries are simply too large in diameter. The 18650s were originally designed for heavy duty flashlights to begin with and the need to limit the diameter in those just wasn't there years back. Here's a look at an 18650 led flashlight with a 2 for one offer at the moment. The short video clip shows how those are used for camping or for security guards, etc Voidhawkâ

Meanwhile if you know anyone considering the new 20w MVP out now they can save quite a bit using the coupon code: 20watt at INNOKIN MVP 20W VAPE BOX MOD since the vendor has it already marked down from $60 to $49.99 the coupon code seen at the review site a friend runs will lower that even further to only $31.99! iTaste MVP 20W (20 Watt) $31.99 SHIP'D | Best Vape Deals
