Congrats Dude, Mike and Derek. A great job, all of you. You are the guys this thread is supposed to be about. You and all the others like you. Very well done, everyone who has made it off the cigs. I guess it doesn't matter much how you do it or what you do if it gets you over cigs. There are people who think I am crazy to build my own computers too. Whatever works for you, is what counts. Congratulations everyone again on a worthy accomplishment.
Thanks Steve, don't count yourself out of this, I know it has to be helping you cut down so you're in this just like we are buddy.

I don't think you're crazy for building computers, I can see a lot in common with that and the vaping game.

Actually I was just using that as an example that a lot of people don't understand why some people do the things they do. Some here, including me, don't understand sub ohm vaping or stuff like that. But, by the same token, there are a lot of people who don't understand why many of us do what we do, and we enjoy it or it serves a purpose or saves money or many reasons. I guess the point is, whatever you do, if it serves a purpose and you enjoy it, then it's fine. I may not have any inclination to do it. But if you want to, go for it. Just because you are different doesn't make you wrong.

Real good to see you back in the thread Derek! And big congrats on 4 months! Or Moths as Doug would call it

I mixed a few bottles today, they smell real good. I only have 2 box mods and 2 tanks now but both the tanks are sub ohm and run at around 30-35w which means they drink a lot of juice. I found a place that does great juice for around £17 for 100ml which would last me a month on the new tanks but if I make it myself it pretty much halves the cost again which is why I wanted to try it. It's really pretty simple, no harder than making a Sunday roast. You just have to add the right ingredients in the right quantities which there are some great online calculators to help you.

Just VG, PG, Nicotine and flavor. You type in what VG/PG content you want along with the Nicotine strength and it tells you what quantity of each you need to mix. Job done.
Thanks Paul! I meant to say moths. Yeah, I know it's only a few ingredients and some practice, I don't cook Sunday roasts either but that's another story.

I just got an Atlantis free, haven't tried it out yet. I need to switch my juice profile for that.

Okay yea Vape wild I remember your post about them I will check them out again,
I was in a piss storm about only shipping via usps back when I looked at them before = I'm over that one

    3 4 months very cool :)

Hang in there Steve you can do it buddy
Thanks Mike! Yeah the USPS in Texas seems to run by it's own guidelines, I know once my juice leaves Texas it's on time, there seems to be a black hole occasionally for some people though.
Are you still using the iStick Derek? If you are then you won't be able to run the Atlantis on it. I can't remember the exact specks for the iStick but I think it will only fire coils as low as 0.8Ohms. Obviously the Atlantis has 0.5Ohm coils. You also need a good quality battery in whatever device you use with the Atlantis but we can cross that bridge if you decide you really want to use the Atlantis.

Derek, you could look at the new 30w and 50w iSticks coming out. Also Eleaf is coming out with a new tank, the melo. I can't find it being confirmed anywhere, but they are said to be putting out 1 ohm coils for it. The coils for the melo will work in the Atlantis

I forgot to mention I already have the 30W iStick, that's why I figured I'd give the Atlantis a try, otherwise I would have just let someone else pick it up, I got that and a pack of coils shipped to me free.

I saw that info about the Melo coils working on the Atlantis, that looks promising as well.

Pretty much all my juice is 18 mg nic and high PG, both of which I believe aren't the best for the sub-ohm experience.

Nice, didn't realize you had the 30w one. Well supposedly Atlantis is coming out with 1 ohms eventually too. You are right, that high of a nic will probably make you sick with the Atlantis sub ohming.

How are you liking the newer 30w?

Paul is mixing juice now, I will have him ship you some lower nic in a moth or so

This 30W is great, so is the 20W but the 30W is the same exact size except for the new top plate, which has the new 510 spring loaded contact and the stainless steel threads, and it's flanged so the bigger tanks look better sitting on it.

With my Nautilus Mini I just use it like the 20W, at around 11W. These things fit your hand perfectly too, I like 'em, I like 'em a lot.

I'll get some different juice, I might have some that came as a freebie. Do you guys mostly lung hit when sub-ohming?

As for coils, it would be nice to have the 1 ohm option in case sub-ohm is too drastic of a change.

If Paul is making some Custard, I'll take some.

Arh nice one Derek, didn't know you got the 30w.

Lol Doug. I am just in the early test phase at the moment. It might end up so horrible that I can't even give it away
