There's a war of misinformation going on to be precise. The initial misleading was the efforts by the FDA at first however until a Federal judge ruled that ecigs were not to be considered medicinal devices when the FDA attempted a total ban and detained shipments.

Judge Slams FDA Over Detained Electronic Smokes

    By Nick Malinowski
Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 5:53 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday slammed the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's policy of impounding shipments of electronic cigarettes as unapproved drug-device combinations, granting two importers' bid to enjoin the agency from denying entry of the products into the U.S.
Judge Richard J. Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia determined that Smoking Everywhere Inc. and intervenor Sottera Inc. were likely to prevail in their case against the FDA, which they claim lacks the authority to regulate electronic cigarettes as a banned product under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

A good read about what has been the story since which clearly shows the $$$$$$$ motivation for slamming vaping in general with scare tactics first with Big Tobacco seeing the sudden losses of lifetime customers as well as all the bans in public places that emerged since 7 CEOs were called out before a Senate Sub Committee back in the 90s. Scaring People About e-Cigarettes: A Public Health Disgrace

And speaking about health organizations like WHO and others who may not even have ties with Big Pharma in their obvious rage over ecigs intruding on the multibillion $$$$$$$$$$ nicotine therapy industry they saw when Big T got called out for all the lies to hide the health risks and chemical additives to make smoking more additive by how those interacted to enhance nicotine you also include the antismoking advocates tossed into the mix.

Yet there is also a M.O.V.E.(Medical Organizations supporting Vaping and Electronic cigarettes) of professionals stressing the need to educate their colleges in those professions. Many are cardiovascular specialists in favor of ecigs. And the organization there is brought up with the latest poll the author would like people to share all over not just with those who vape in order to get a more complete unbiased vote for: Cigarettes or E-Cigarettes. Which Product Is Safer? Let the world decide.

So which do you believe is safer? Do you follow the Big Trash of Formaldehyde when cooking dry wicking material with the voltage cranked up too high? Before that it was the gateways for kids with all those flavor choices. Actually more teens are far less likely to pick up on smoking but avoid tobacco entirely after experimenting with ecigs. Grown adults have found ecigs as the way out of smoking. And they talk about contaminants in vapor they fail to mention all those chemicals found in Nicorette QuickMist like Hydrochloric Acid! Do you want to inhale stomach acid in order to get the feel of inhaling hot smoke?

Big Pharma would rather you use the stuff that doesn't work since healthy doesn't entail huge profits!

There's actually quite a "Good" science and blogs on things to find. BUT! You have to do the legwork at times to dig up some of the best stuff to find! Those out to degrade ecigs always reflect only the low end cheapie cig look alike contestants many would likely start off with first until they find other and better things work in their favor. But then it seems there are always more Words of War to come as pointed out to a degree in the quote here.

    Are these health fears overblown?

“Overblown is putting it mildly,” responded Jacob Sullum, health writer for the libertarian Reason magazine. “Health hazards to ‘vapers,’ let alone bystanders, are completely speculative and unverified. … (T)he aerosol produced by e-cigarettes is much less dangerous than tobacco smoke, because it contains very few of the same substances, and the chemicals they sometimes have in common are at much lower levels in the former than in the latter.

iSmoka puts that out for their new iStick 30w and 50w models. Just got some other news about cotton wicked coils now seen for the Atlantis tanks. Kidney Puncher seems to be the first to get things like that in but charges more. $21 for a 5 pack of those as well as for the original replacements when I get them for under $15. Aspire Atlantis - 5 Pack Coil Heads

So far I've been getting over two months per coil on the Atlantis tabks I have here. But they are also twice the size of what you see for other tanks. Let us know how that one works out for you there. I have two 50w iSticks on the way that will be needing tanks.

You should like it, but it will be a big change from what you are used to. You can kick out some clouds so big you won't be able to see your PC anymore.
And be careful using it when you are driving. It's best to keep the window down a little!

May need to lower the Nic levels too when you get into those that are providing much more vapor.
Which can be a good thing.
