At 6mg you may be OK.
But I know when I moved to higher output units I had to cut back on the Nic.

I mix my own juices and am starting to mix at 6mg now. finishing up the rest of my 8s and moving into 6. Next step then 0. So far so good. Hopefully by years end ill be at 0 and giving up on vaping all together.
thats the goal anyway. Slowly but surely.

I have been on 6mg for a couple of months now Wishmaster. It seems about right for the sub Ohm tanks. I did mix a 3mg 90% VG juice the other day for a spot of cloud chasing lol.

If you went entirely nicotine free you wouldn't even notice! I have a menthol flavor with 18mg and the same with 0% where you only notice a difference in a warmer vape and a little less of the flavor. That's running in one of the Atlantis tanks.

When trying out samples vendors tossed in along with hardware orders lately I've been running those qt 20-30w in one of the Atlantis tanks as well and the only thing noticed lately is a popping sound when the mod has been sitting for a period of time and the coil gets saturated with the 7ml Wotofo or 5ml Aspire replacements tank on. Other then that with or without nic in the mix the vape is smooth once the excess ejuice vaporizes when holding the button a few seconds longer befote taking the puff.

Since the absorption rate of nicotine from an ecig is about 1/10th of what you see with a tobacco cig it certainly won't hurt any to lower it even further. Here's a 2013 report about this. Wishmaster, have you heard of the Billow RTA? I have one coming in the next few days. It looks pretty easy to build on.

It is getting worrying in Europe. Efforts to limit strength, impose taxes, all the usual greed and control freakery from the usual suspects.

It is an evil alliance. Governments want the tax revenue, pharma companies want to keep selling their nrt products ( very big money is involved), and the insane who are never happy unless they have a minority to persecute.

And the biggest joke of is the WHO! In a recent article a CEO from one of the European drug admitted that they had considered coming out with their own brand of ecigs but held off due to all the controversies being stirred. The CEO admitted that ecigs took a huge chunk out the market place for their gums, patches, and other junk that simply doesn't work. $$$$$$$$$$$$ has been the motivator all along!

There's a ton of Big T and especially more so Big Pharma backed misinformation being smeared around as scare tactics. Here's one on how that is playing out. The madness of the war on e-cigs | Health | Smoking | USA | spiked

While Australia is going through the worst turmoil of almost besides Japan and the gov there siding with that country's tobacco industry as far as misinformation campaigns,(fake cancer causers found in ecigs) the UK is having a time there as well. Here's another that works against reason. Loving couple banned from adopting... because husband had 'e-cigarette' | Daily Mail Online

On the other hand the medical professionals especially cardiologists have been banding together to fight the battle againt the Tobacco Product Directive by bringing the debate to the European Commission by way of the org MOVE. M.O.V.E Thunderclap 19th Feb | vapers.org.uk

This is where the consumer action and tobacco harm reduction type advocacy groups come in. It's those type of groups that bring about petitions to submit to the FDA and other agencies as well as raise funds for private research studies. CASAA: New study confirms that chemicals in electronic cigarettes pose minimal health risk -- PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --

The 22page Tech Report from that study is available for download with the link at the bottom of the blog there or at: BMC Public Health | Full text | Peering through the mist: systematic review of what the chemistry of contaminants in electronic cigarettes tells us about health risks

This is the type of real science you place up against all the Bull of junk science blogs you know who is behind trying to shape the public mindset in a negative fashion with scare tactics like formaldehyde when someone burns a cotton wick having the voltage set way above where anyone would. When the gateway for kids argument fell through that came up again and once called out by the word of faulty testing the next things was nicotine was labeled a deadly toxin but only in ecigs!

Here at least some states have been seeing some real progress. North Dakota for example has just labeled ecigs as non tobacco products and set the minimum age requirement since the FDA has failed to establish anything reasonable as far as the federal mandate. California on the other hand is one of the worst states obviously seeing a lot of Big $$$$$ talking.
