is there a way to "flash" a bt dongle to be signed to a ps3 controller

so.. just curious.. I have done tedious hours of research and trial and error...

everything from, Driver - 3rd party programs such as motion joy, and better DS3 tool

but alas, no solutions to my issue...

My ideal goal is have my PS3 DS3 run off of my BT dongle..

anyone have any ideas of a solution to my issue?

ps.. I am using a Asus USB-BT400 dongle on my W7 desktop
