Guess you can say this is the new direction for those who like to read.
What's it like to read in bed? Can you adjust font sizes etc?

Yes, you can adjust the font size. As to reading in bed not sure haven't tried.

My partner is practically blind and she finds it almost impossible to read now - so having adjustable font sizes on the e-reader sounds like a good idea for her.

As for me, I hope it's not too heavy and is made sturdy - I have a nasty habit of nodding off and dropping the book I was reading on my head, and then from my head onto the floor

Well your head is hard enough not to worry about, but you may dent the eBook. :)

The Bare Foot Kid strikes again.

The reader is light weigh, and should be able to handle even those with hard heads. I bought the leather folder which helps protect the reader. :)

Cool. Thanks for the info Lee :)

When I first heard of these e-readers (on the 'Colbert Report' of all places ) I couldn't envisage it replacing a real book. But now, I'm starting to think different about them now.
