It matches with my experience. My mother had Phacoemulsification a few years ago and everything became normal extremely quickly.

I know I was there as well but then I made one weird joke and everybody looked at me like vermin.
You can't "look at someone like a vermin" on an online forum.

    From Wikipedia:

An Internet forum, or message board, is an online discussion site where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages. They differ from chat rooms in that messages are often longer than one line of text, and are at least temporarily archived. Also, depending on the access level of a user or the forum set-up, a posted message might need to be approved by a moderator before it becomes visible.
Even if in the above quote mentioned "posted message" of yours at the Ten Forums included a photo of you, it would be impossible for you to tell how other members "looked at you", in this case the photo of you.

Conclusion: that's only in your head . Keep posting at Ten Forums.
    Dude, it's not meant literally.

But after I had written the "joke", everybody in that thread got really upset and I do understand because it was a really dark one. I don't remember the like real joke, my answer could be looked upon as a follow up to the original joke and well it seems I deleted my response because of the reaction I got.

I could keep up on posting but nuhmuhduh...

Translations can be a interesting sometimes innocent comments get way out of hand for little more than a misunderstanding :)

Sometimes people get their panties in a bunch sometimes. Best just let it rest and move on. It only becomes a real issue when dredged up again. No use worrying over a moment. A Guy

Well that is the thing, the joke wasn't translated, original joke was made by I think Gabriel Iglesias(FLUFFY!) so I was really surprised about the reactions.

RMA'ed a Crucial MX100 256gb ssd using for linux this morning
Although it has had win-7 32 bit/ win-10tp for months and finally linux killed it

Mini tool showed Bad disk/ diskpart produced I/O error pretty much the same in live cd
Shipping back 10.us might find out a week or two if I get a free replacement
I do know I won't be buying another Crucial and only vm's for me

Crucial or other makes - you can get a bad one from all the makes. I just got a replacement for an OCZ SSD. Last year I also had to RMA a Mushkin. Fortunately most of them have a 5 year warranty.

Are you suggesting that there was someting specific about a linux install that killed the SSD. If so what do you think that may be - massive amounts of R/Ws or something?
