    Cameron lead the campaign to remain in the EU, so not just a case of not agreeing with the result. He has basically done the expected "decent" thing for an old school politician, and "fallen on his sword"

    As for the passport issue, all will probably have to be changed, (Scotland is an issue if they manage to use the legal vote to exit the EU to engineer another referendum on independence, but would need separate passports anyway), but current consensus, that I'm aware of, is that this would be done at the natural renewal time for each passport
