Server Busy From time to time when I click to perform an action I receive a notice in a window named "Server Busy". When I click on "Switch to" it goes to the start window, so I do not know which program to activate and correct the problem what ever it is.

If there is a thread similar to this, sorry,but I did a search and didn't find anything.
All of a sudden,I can't get any sites to open,and when I close out IE11 I get the Window Is Busy screen.
I had IE10 and thought maybe it had a problem,so I installed IE11. No change.
