Protein intake like eggs, milk & chicken can help increase weight. Deep fried items like french fries can help too but not recommended (junk). Besides, eating more rice & drinking beers (not simultaneously ) can help gain weight.

For me it's the sweets that do it. I love chocolate, and that is healthy, LOL

Hmm, Trifle - my favorite. The wife makes it sometimes but it is sooo much work. When I went to the UK for business, I usually went a day ahead of time to have Trifle at the Hotel Shakespeare in Stratford on Avon.

Very basic and easy weights can help too. I'm not talking "no pain, no gain" craziness, but just 5 or 10 pound hand weights used in a low impact, low strain exercises to build some muscle.

(I think I'm in love with Steph's sig)

I wish I had your problem; I need to lose weight (health issue make it pretty much impossible)! All seriousness aside, I'm glad you are feeling better now. Just eat normally and exercise (any exercise is better than none so just do what is convenient for you) and you will be back up to normal soon (normal weight, that is; no one here is "normal" ).

You are welcome to some most of my ample asset! My girls are a bit undersized so you can't have any . What's weird about the girls is they stay the same cup size, no matter what my weight is.
