Windows 7: I need to put some weight on ?

I need to put some weight on ?

After my recent not being very well my clothes are all to loose (even my bra) so I would like to get back to my normal weight but not fat so junk food is not an option, any suggestions for putting on healthy weight ?

Im about 5.5 hight med build and was just under 140lbs about 10 stone

Hi Steph ... As you have been sick and lost a lot of weight ... The best thing you can do is just eat as normal ... I am certain you eat healthy .. So there is nothing really special you need to do except rest as much as possible and eat well ... And you weight will gradually return to normal ...

I agree with maxie.

You lost your weight quickly but it will and should come back slowly.
A extra little desert now and again shouldn't hurt.

Don't forget a dollop of jam in the middle of that rice pudding.

I agree with the others the weight will come back as you return to full health, don't try to rush it as that could mean putting on fat rather than healthy flesh.
