Google Analytics

I have Google analytics running on both my web sites but there is so much information available I don't know where to look to see how many people are looking at my sites. Can anyone tell me please??

From the left column in the reporting tab select "Audience -> Overview"

Question on file called analytics.js
I have a personal website and I use Sitemeter.com to monitor how much traffic I have. Lately when I click on sitemeter, down at the bottom it asks if I want to open or save a file called analytics.js. I don't know what it is or if I need it. Does anyone have any information about it? I suppose...
