My eBay purchase - what r my chances of a refund?

Bought a Netcomm router NB604 on e-Bay.

Turns out its ethernet connect only. But in the eBay description it says:

Quote:
WIRELESS CONNECTIONS
Wi-Fi (wireless networking) >> Yes

Wireless technology supported >> Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), Wireless 802.11b, Wireless 802.11g, Wireless 802.11n
Has the seller copy/pasted the description for wrong router?
Have I misunderstood the e-Bay product description (see pic)?
Netcomm doesn't sell it as a wireless router. But I bought based on the seller's e-Bay specs supplied. I never visited Netcomm website until now.

e-Bay description attached.

File a claim with e-Bay. Simply and nicely say it wasn't what you had expected and it won't meet your needs; don't elaborate beyond that. The worst that can happen is you may be refused but, then again, you might get lucky and be able to return it for a partial to full refund. If you don't file a claim, it's guaranteed you won't be able to get anything back.

What are my chances?
I like to be extra cautious when it comes to security. What are my chances of contracting any type of malware if when I download an executable then scan it with the free service at virusscan.jotti.org the results say it's completely clean? Is there any possible chance even the smallest piece...

Is it possible to get a refund for Windows 7 ?
I bought a new computer last month. It is a custom build. I requested Win 7 home premium. When I got the computer, it worked fine for a couple of weeks, then it locked up, asking for a win 7 activation key. In a rush to get my computer going, I went online and bought a key from Microsoft. A...

eCheck Refund
Back on the 4th of the month, I ordered some items that cost well over $200, but when I checked my account on that vendors website, some days later and found that they weren't shipped, I called their office, and the rep claimed that those items had been discontinued, so I requested a refund. ...

Ebay purchase
I bought a Windows 7 Pro 32 bit program at Ebay. I installed it and had problems with the virtual machine and downloading adobe products. Now, I realize I bought a back up copy, not for resale. What should I do? Reinstall it? Get Windows anytime upgrade and try to press for Pro ultimate. Are my...

as you probably know my netbook has the GMS 500 AKA satan's mobile gpu. A few weeks ago i got pissed off enough to file a complaint with the BBB which set it to Intel. The complaint had the requirement of new drivers, replacement, or a refund. They have accepted the refund for $347. Problem...
