    Actually functionality is priority 1
Fast is just a additional perk to seal the deal

I have little more faith in ie and I've defended ie for a very long time,
The two headed internet explorer = Spartan will be just another disappointment I'm sure.
Awesome was not so awesome for me anyway.

That is why I use Waterfox.

    Disappointed even before using?

Same here, that is why I dont like to use Chrome. But I never suggested anybody to use waterfox and not to use chrome. They can do what they want, they all are aware users.

That is based on just the users for a particular website. Other sources I've seen show IE much higher, if not in first place.

One thing I've noticed among many geeks who disparage IE and push Chrome and FireFox is that they haven't used IE since several versions ago.

I agree that IE has gotten quite good, especially the real-time spelling correction which makes us all smarter.

My problem is that I cannot do without dragging my 256 bookmarks into 7F posts, and only Firefox 12 will do this without altering the URL from its name I have given it. In other words, any other browser may drag the URL into the post but will convert it to its URL code Device Installation Settings and not the given name as in Enable hardware auto-updating via Windows Update (Steps 3 and 6). This slows me down considerably. So I am stuck with an old version of Firefox.

    @gregrocker

Have you tried Palemoon, WaterFox, Cyberfox or SeaMonkey?

    Drag FF Bookmarks?

Well as someone suggested the possibility of using Cyberfox here's a quick test:

Drag a copy of your bookmark and I get this:

Windows 10 worse than windows 8-test-1.jpg

    Resulting in this:

    Device Installation Settings

Copy and paste the bookmark (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) and I get this:

Windows 10 worse than windows 8-test-2.jpg

    Resulting in this:

Enable hardware auto-updating via Windows Update (Steps 3 and 6)

So drag and drop bookmarks doesn't work. Copy & Paste bookmarks does work. Maybe there's a workaround but I don't know of one!

    Nice suggestion Chris.

Thanks, Chris. That's the conclusion I've also come up against every time (at best) but copy and paste slows me down enough I'd rather use the older browser, especially now that I pop my Yahoo Mail (which won't work in FF 12) into Windows 10 Mail.

It's a lot better than my old Iphone which requires opening a second Safari windows to open the Favorite, copy it and then go back to the other Windows and paste. It causes me to avoid using Bookmarks in posts while I'm out and about.

It seems that a lot of W3C users really love Chrome.

Also, don't forget that Web Developers hate IE (mostly because of the pre-IE10 versions).
