Not a good ramen story eh?
Seriously though, after living in Japan for a while though I can honestly say they have the healthiest diet on the world.
Provided you go easy on the ramen

Well I've never had what you would call a healthy diet but so far it hasn't done me any harm
I don't eat breakfast or have lunch and my main meal, well my only meal of the day, will depend on what my husband decides he wants to eat, and he's fussy and a diabetic and doesn't like meat, apart from chicken.
I've learnt over the years that when you have no income to speak of you feed the kids and husband before yourself.

Yummy!
The totally unhealthy option tonight toasted sausage sandwich with HP sauce :)

Chicken wings, notchos, all kinds of dips, chips and lots of beer while watching the Super Bowl on a 56" 1080i widescreen with Bose surround sound 321 system.

I'm sitting here eating bologna sandwiches and chips/crisps and dip washing it all down with a classic Coke.
Watching the bowl of super and chowing down Doritos and Pepsi Max. Better exercise tomorrow.
