Windows XP Disc Labeled as "For Refurbished PCs"

Hey everybody, I had a question about dual-booting Windows 7 and Windows XP. My question is, I ordered a brand new Windows XP Professional SP3 installation disk from eBay, but I saw on the case and disc that it was labeled as "For Refurbished PCs." Do I have the correct version of disc? What are the true differences, if any, between one with this label and one without this label? Can I still perform a new, full installation of Windows XP on a dual-boot with Windows 7 even though the XP case and disc labels the OS as "For Refurbished PCs?" I just want to make sure I have the right materials to perform this dual-boot correctly so that way I don't screw my laptop up. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Microsoft Introduces Windows License For Refurbished PCs - InformationWeek

It seems similar to the old Volume License Kit release in that it can be installed on several PCs. It's a special license for companies to install XP onto old computers they sell.

So just to clarify, it is perfectly safe to use this disc to install the 32-bit version of Windows XP as a dual-boot operating system with the 64-bit version of Windows 7 that was already pre-installed onto my laptop, and I should be able to activate XP and everything? I just have to make sure so I know 100% that I can perform this dual-boot so I don't mess something up on my laptop... :)

Yeah, it should be a legit version of XP- unless for some reason MS deactivates the key or something. Though I technically wonder about the legality of the disc being sold.

A large percentage of Operating System that come fro eBay are corrupted or counterfeit or both.

I would suggest reading through these sites.
