I'll echo John's words and say you do look well Kari and I'm pleased to see you and Angie looking so well together. How is her mother at present I seem to remember you saying she was ill a few months ago ?

Thanks, Joan. Mutti is doing fine, all things considered. She's 86 now, sharp mind in an ailing body. Let's put it this way: she can still live alone in her own home, but only because we live 400 meters (quarter of a mile) from her and Angie goes over several times a day, me whenever I can.

In my family, we call those "Grandma Complements".

This thread started before my time and I haven't seen it before. So I'll break everyone's display and post a pic.

This is me caught with my sunglasses in my pocket on an f16 day. (Near the beach no less.)
