Question(s?) about PenDriveLinux, Specifically it's setup phase

Hi all.. I begin to post again.

I have a question about PenDriveLinux's ISO writing phase.

Anyone know about the "Show All Drives" option? I want to use that and write a Linux OS setup to my second partition.
I have 2 worries though:
It says it will write an MBR to the partition, will my computer be unable to boot after this operation then?(Well if it ever happens, I have a recovery USB)

After a Linux installation, it says to eject installation media, that could mean my second partition could get messed up, and Internal Drives are FIXED drives.

Any answers or clarifications? Thanks.

Your post doesn't make sense. You need to clarify whether:

1. You are writing a Linux ISO to a USB flash drive using one of the PenDrive tools (e.g. YUMI); or
2. You are installing Linux to a hard drive using an existing ISO that has already been written to the USB flash drive using YUMI.

Which one do you want to perform?
