Bleeping computer has a long standing for fairness and quality information.
Their reviews to the best of my knowledge always give methods used and the finding they get.
A review is kind of a opinion with facts to back it up.
Enigma Software is just trying to big dollar them. Keep driving the legal cost up, trying to make Bleeping Computer say uncle.

There seems to be a war against whistle blowers these days & the powers that be want all sorts of action taken against them.

But whistle blowers in most cases protect us from the bad practices & excesses of business & government.

In the case of BeepingComputer, if the software they reviewed had problems then the world should know about it & good on them for saying so.

If one does a little research online you will find lots of forums and reviews of SpyHunter.
Their really isn't a lot of good things said about SpyHunter by many.
I find a few that state it's kind of the middle of the road program and one can get better for free using other brands of security programs.

If Enigma Software plans on taking to court all the places I have seen that doesn't think much of their products their lawyers are going to be very busy.

I'm thinking Enigma Software should spend more time and money making their products better and less time dancing in and out of court.

Just my thoughts and opinion.

Well said Jack it's as if they don't want people to have an opinion, unless it's in their favour, and no one is allowed to know if a program is up to scratch and can do the job they claim.

If the SSA (Squabbling States of America) would require the loser of a lawsuit to pay the legal costs of all parties in a lawsuit, frivolous and nuisance lawsuits like this one would all but disappear.

Fresh Install with stale issues.
I had some problems with a slow bloated filled hard drive. I have installed a new hard drive and took my recover disk from my ASUS N61J to rebuild W7 64. I then installed a lot of my other software. My computer is now running so fast and smooth. The only problem is a few things not running...

Anyone get an email about Seagate class-action lawsuit
(from memory, I deleted the email) Seems some attorneys are suing Seagate since the user gets 8% LESS disc storage than they advertise on their specs. I'd love to be an attorney and be able to generate my own money-grab. Actually, I'd prefer not to be an attorney (or know any).

stale links in games library
I uninstalled world of warcraft and now I have a stale link in my games library that I can not seem to remove. I search my hard drive for anything "world of warcraft" but it didn't find anything. Is this going to happen whenever I uninstall anything? Is there another way to remove the stale...
