"Quality" time at home isn't what it used to be, is it starwolf1336?

I'm a parent that has three computers set up and we all spend time in one room, saying "hey look at this", or "hey listen to this" .... then we start talking about [whatever] and end up leaving the computer room to just talk. Good stuff and communication with kids, aunts, uncles, cousins and the dogs.

Well said Jacee, you put it into a few more words than my quick reply.
It's not the end of the world to go without the Internet for a couple of days and spend time with family not everyone has the privilege of doing that.

Some of us can still remember the time before computers... When a normal family home had 1 (ONE!) fixed line telefon to all communications needs... When TV channels stopped broadcasting after midnight... When music was on vinyl LP's and nobody could even dream about a matchbox size device to put in your pocket when jogging...

We can remember, even the time before TV and telephones, and records were 78's.

    Though the memories are fading.
