Windows didn't shutdown properly I seem to be getting this message and the prompt to boot into safe mode everytime I startup or reboot. Everything seems to be shutting down normally. AFAICT the only updates installed in the last two plus weeks have been MSE definition updates. The last real updates were installed on 11 April....
