Maybe every country in the world should be able to opt into a 'solve disputes via professional football matches' clause and play competitive football opposed to war.
It certainly would justify all the money that gets put into now a days if it's for defence of a countries views
I also think this idea falls into the same category as my last big idea of a hat based rank system: very funny but totally impractical and fundamentally flawed.
