    These crime shows that have the computer which displays in the air is unreal, but that is not what bothers me the most. It is the photographs that they can zoom in and pick out things that were too far away previously. It just defies all logic.

    I've seen a few Alienware lappys floating around too. Only the 'young and hip' have them.



    Actually, all this technology exists, but us mere mortals aren't privy to it because if we were, we would would never watch these shows

    Some funny stuff, this is from Dark Angle, Season 2 episode 9. The .gif is showing them zoom in with a security camera facing away from the home, into the reflection of some lawn decoration, back to the home onto a guys ID card.

    It always gets me in CSI when they slide their hand across the desk and another monitor shot is showing in mid air, they can end up with about a dozen of them floating around.
