What was your first computer?

Here's my first one. I was 9 and my dad brought it home one day. It must have cost him thousands. They had just come out. I spent hours and hours typing code from books and magazines into this thing. Apple IIc

My first computer was custom built desktop. Built by shop called Active Computers in Bexhill, East Sussex. I got it with the idea of using it for college work, but ended up playing games on it.

I had a Gateway computer. It was nice for its time, but not a great gaming comp. I used it through College. It had Win98 on it and I no longer have it. that was my first personal computer. previous to that, my family had a HP and a Commador 64.

I had a 386SX 25 (yes, 25 MHz) with 4MB or ram. Used it for gaming, yes gaming, and played the original Wolfenstein 3D and Twilight 2000

I even remember buying a 512k video card for it

My 1st PC is a 2-year old laptop and I m still using it.

First computer was a family one we got for Christmas when I was 6 or 7, looked almost exactly like this one



Then we had a few HP's until I built my own computer that I still have (just been upgrading it, also now have new monitors, keyboard, and mouse :))

Managed to find a pic very VERY similar to my old pc I mentioned before



I think it cost nearly £1,300 at the time
