little bored, so here is a question

What would you do if the internet was forever gone, could not be brought back.

I for one would just be clueless, i spend countless hours on it. Everyone depends so highly on the internet. I bet the world be in utter chaos

Could you imagine having to buy software every time you got a new driver or security update or virus update? It would be almost impossible to keep up.

I shudder to think, & your right i think the world would come to a screaming halt.
I have watched shop assistants during a power cut trying to add & subtract with a pen & paper then scratching their heads trying to work out how to write out a manual sales receipt

Well considering how few years the Internet has been around relative to mankinds history, I think we would cope ok but many people would be out of a job until they found a different field. The world WOULD be chaotic for a time but we would quite easily revert back to our 'non internet' times.

I don't doubt there would be a few who would spend weeks locked in their house gently rocking themselves and mumbling unintelligible sentences but i'm sure you would get over it

I could see that being quite a few seven forums members - I would probably even have a lash at it for the first 24 hours
