Is it me or are all HP printers useless?

    Is it me or are all HP printers useless?


    Have any of you bought a new HP printer in the last few years. Their continuously difficult to connect to the computer. They take forever to warm up and they always have problems not to mention drinks ink like its water...It's me isn't it! Is it?

    Have used HP printers for atleast 10 years maybe more, they work great. Anymore with the price of ink just wait for printers to go on sale and just buy a new printer, same price as ink.

    Had the same problem here.
    Suggest you try the HP Laser Jets. Much better.

    I think the majority of printers are useless...I have never had a printer that didn't have some sort of problem with it...

    Oh, I dunno bout that Chris... I had an Epson 800 dot matrix that used a quicksilver interface for my Commodore PET that worked perfectly .... last printer that ever did that...

    I just think that in all the years that printers have been a home appliance...you would think that they would have made them a bit more reliable and worked the majoirty of the time...

    I've actually had no problems with my hp printers, but I hate their service.

    It took them over a month for them to fix my laptop(less than a year old), and it still isnt right!!
